The Rising Star Wildcats journeyed to Woodson and came home with a 54-6 victory. The Wildcats scored on the first play from scrimmage when Jack Bell hit Blake Wilson with a 55-yard pass to grab a 6-0 lead just 12 seconds in the first quarter. The Wildcats scored their second TD only 9 seconds into the second quarter. After a 2-point conversation, the score was 14-0. After Rising Star had made a defensive stop, Wilson scored his second touchdown on a pass from Bell.
