LAVENDER RETIRES FROM CISCO COLLEGE - Cisco College honors the service of Bonnie Lavender. Bonnie retired from Cisco College on August 30, 2019. A reception was held in her honor the same day at the Student Union Building in Cisco, Texas. Bonnie started her career with Cisco College in 1998 and worked for the College for 21years. Her peers described her as a self-starter, self-motivated, and always got the job done even if it meant staying after hours. Several people in the community would use the Cisco College print shop and she would offer her services to them as well. During football season, you would always catch Bonnie working at the gates at every home game. Cisco College will miss Bonnie in her retirement but thanks her for her service to the College and wishes her the best in this next chapter of her life.
