Dr. Pat Githens is the new pastor of Northside Baptist Church in Cisco. Dr. Githens has spent most of his 50 years in the Gospel Ministry as a revitalization minister working with churches that have suffered severe attendance loss due to various problems. Northside Baptist is such a church and Brother Pat, as he prefers to be called, is presently leading the small congregation in correcting the problems and putting a halt to the decline in attendance. The result is Northside Baptist is returning to the “Old Paths” mentioned in the Bible (Jeremiah 6:16). The Church will emphasize the “Old Time Religion” with the preaching and teaching, without compromise, of the inerrant Word of God.
