Don Lewis

CISCO- Don Lewis, age 81, died following a heart attack Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2020 at his home in Cisco, Tx.

Survivors are Charlotte, his soul mate of 40 yrs. His children with first wife LaDean Lewis: Mark and wife Julie, sons Joe & Jack Lewis; Greg, wife Judy, and daughter, Loren Lewis; Carolyn and sons Jake & Luke Tinker.

Mr. Lewis was born in Seagraves, Tx. Served 4 years in the Air Force. He was a pilot of air craft and sea vessels, truck driver and carpenter. He enjoyed boating & Rving.

He attended school in Amarillo, TX. He always lived in Texas except during years in the Air Force. After retiring he lived in Rockport, Tx. enjoying sail boat restoration. He was so appreciative of the Brownwood genealogy library for the discovery of Pioneering ancestors in this area in the 1870’s.

Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his Mother, Laverne; Father, Lloyd; and brother, Wayne Lewis of Reno, NV.

A private family service will be held next week in San Antonio.
