Eunice Wynell Baker

Eunice Wynell Baker of Muenster, Texas went home to be with the Lord on January 2, 2021 at the age of 92. She was born in Eastland on September 28, 1928 to Howard and Eula (Maynard) Craven and attended Eastland schools. For the past five years she has been a resident of Gainesville Convalescent Center in Gainesville, Texas where she loved her caregivers.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Bob and Pam Baker of Meunster; sisters, Katheryn Dunaway, Joy Lynn and Charles Boyd, Mary and Tommy Warford and brother, Buddy Craven all of Eastland and many nieces and nephews and her granddaughter Raylie.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Tommy Craven.

Wynell was a strong, loving and amazingly happy woman and mother. She loved to shop, work word puzzles, cook and enjoy her cozy home, but especially spending time with family and friends. She always had a smile for everyone she mat and brought happiness to all who knew her. She had a love for God and it was obvious God loved her by the strength, protection, care, joy and countless friends and family he blessed her with. She was truly Proverbs 31 woman: “Her children arise and call her blessed... Give her the reward she has earned and let her works bring praise to the city gate.”
