Members (above) met at the home of Ruth Stewart in Cisco on June 11th. She told us of her homes history and graciously offered a pie as she prepares for the Cisco Pie Fest contest.
Business was discussed, including research for TxDOT on a bridge to be replaced, 2 Historic Markers with the Texas Historic Commission, WPA Site research, and the reprint of our Eastland County Historical Marker brochure.
We currently have 57 markers in the county.
