Eastland Memorial Hospital Board of Directors Missy Moylan and Nancy Stewart, Ted Matthews - EMH Administrator/CEO, Ryan Harrington - President of Trinity Healthcare, and W. H. Hoffman, Jr. - EMH Board President, break ground for the new Eastland Nursing and Rehabilitation facilities at The Woodlands in Eastland, Texas. Speakers applauded the leadership and joint venture of the Eastland community, organizations and city government along with Trinity Healthcare in making the expansion to the existing assisted living facility possible. This would increase the local access of healthcare, it was noted, and help families keep their members, who needed this care, closer to home. Through these new facilities, existing ones and others in the planning, healthcare in Eastland and the region can be on par with that of much larger urban areas, speakers said.
