SHOOTINGS UNDER INVESTIGATION

DOUBLE-DEATHS IN CISCO - - On 12/27/2018 at around 1:45 a.m., suspect Doyle Seabourn, 50, went to locate his wife (currently separated) at her apartment at 1501 Hwy 26 in Cisco. The preliminary investigation shows that the wife’s boyfriend, Jack Tabor, 45, was at the apartment where an argument and fight ensued. Seabourn shot and killed Tabor, then fatally shot himself.
