District 8 Leadership holds Meeting

The District 8 Leadership Meeting was held on November 16 in Hamilton TX . 52 Extension Education Members attended from counties around the state. The Pottsville Club was the host. The duties of the various County and Club Officers were the main subjects of discussion. BAGGED LEAF PICK-UPS BEGIN DECEMBER 10

The City of Eastland, through their contracted solid waste disposal company Waste Connections, offers free bagged leaf pickups twice monthly to residential customers in Eastland. The pickups are each 2nd and 4th Friday beginning December 10, 2021 through March 25, 2022. Residents must call City Hall at 629- 8321 at least 24 hours in advance to be placed on the pick-up list. Bagged leaves should not be placed curbside more than 48 hours in advance of the pick-up date to remain in compliance with City Ordinances Article III, Section 9-19 and 9-21.
