Good day Mavericks. If you have not heard already, today TEA announced guidance for schools to open in the Fall. I have already read incorrect posts and watchead incomplete news coverage of what schools could possibly look like. The good thing is we have been planning many different scenarios as we have awaited this formal announcement. As we finalize our plans, please note our number one priority is and will always be the safety of our students and staff. Secondly, we completely understand that the COVID 19 cases in Eastland don’t necessarily reflect the same as other areas of our state. I am thankful that within the guidelines presented today we were also given some local flexibility to make the appropriate plan for us.
