This coming Sunday, April 5 @ 11:00 a.m., at Pioneer Baptist Church at Pioneer, Texas (between Cross Plains & Rising Star) we will have a Christian concert by the KLINES, Shree and Stephen from Cisco. This husband and wife duo have a very unique and inspiring music ministry. Come join us and park around our outside Tabernacle, stay in your cars, and we promise YOU WILL BE BLESSED by their music! As we learn to practice “social distancing”, it’s hard to stay positive for some folks. You can’t go to your favorite restaurant or coffee shop and just hang around, we run in and out of the grocery store as quick as possible rather than make it a social event. School kids thought it was great, the first few days, but now they are missing their friends. Why not make this an opportunity? Spring is officially here, enjoy it. Now is the perfect time to get your yard, garden, and flower beds ready for the summer. Kids of any age, myself included, like to be outside and watch things grow and change. Even if you don’t do the whole gardening thing, let them plant something and restore hope and wonder. There is always hope.
