Notice is hereby given that the Gorman City Commission will meet in Regular Session at 5:30 p.m. in the Gorman Community Center Meeting Room at 118 S. Kent St. Gorman, on October 6, 2022, to consider the following agenda items: 1. Opening Prayer, followed by Pledge of Allegiance and Texas Pledge, Attendance 2. Call the Meeting to Order 3. Approve the Minutes of the Previous Meeting 4. Approve the Bills for Payment 5. Citizens Forum and Input Maximum 5 Minutes 6. Submission of Department Head Reports 7. 1st Reading of Ordinance #2022-11-03, an Ordinance regarding vendors 8. 1st Reading of Ordinance #2022-11-03C, an Ordinance Regarding Commissioners Positions 9. 1st Reading of Ordinance #2022-11-03B Amendment Ordinance 1999-01 Establishing a Curfew 10. Discuss and Consider Rate Increase of Water Rate, Sewer Rate and Trash Rates and Bulk Water Rate 11. Consider Bid on 40 x 40 shed for equipment if one has been submitted 12. Consider Vicki Morris request of closing Rogan Street @ gate to Morris Property 13. Consider plans for Christmas Holiday and Bonus / Bonus Incentives 14. Consider replacing flooring in offices in City Office 15. Consider applications and or appointment of Police Patrol Officer 16. Mayor’s Report and Update and discuss future agenda items for consideration.    Jimmie Don Rodgers age 77, of Gorman passed away October 5, 2022.  

Vicki Lynn Trout Seay age 74, of Gorman passed away October 4, 2022. She was born June 2, 1948 in Ranger, Texas to Lester Olen and Maybelle (Swinson) Trout.
