Estelle Nadine Pruett

RANGER- Estell Nadine Pruett was born January 8, 1939 and departed this life on February 14, 2019.

She was born to Willie and Lela Finley in Eastland, Texas. Nadine had two sisters, Claudie Falk (deceased) and Charlene Jordan, and one brother, Roy Claud Finley, all of Eastland, Texas. She graduated from Eastland High School in 1957. In 1958, she married Rufus Linebarger, and was blessed with two step children, Mark Linebarger and Debbie Linebarger Norvell. She and Rufus had three children of their own: Bobbie Kay Freudiger, Roger Wayne Linebarger and Joyce Ann Coe, and a grandson, Ronnie Linebarger, who she raised.

Rufus preceded her in death.

Nadine was a faithful servant of the Lord, and was very active in her church. She taught children’s classes, attended women’s workshops, and ladies bible classes, among many other church activities. She was a devoted member of the Church of Christ. Nadine was also known for her card and bookmark ministry, which she will always be remembered for.

In 1993, Nadine married Wayne Pruett, who also preceded her in death.

Nadine and Wayne spent many happy years together.

Nadine is survived by all her children, and eleven grandchildren, and twenty-five great grandchildren.

Services were held on Monday, February 18, 2019 at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel in Dallas, Texas.
