Nonna spoke about an interesting recruiting trip coming up to Africa to inform students about the opportunities Ranger College offers. Nonna will be giving around three sessions a day in various places but also hopes to take some time to see Africa’s wild life. Being from a large city, Nonna’s first encounter with wildlife here was observing a deer, when she was a passenger in a car near Ranger. Fortunately, the deer escaped being hit by the car and Nonna was one experience richer.

In closing, Nonna was asked to give her perception of fortune cookies, which evolved into various discussions among Lions Club members of their own ideas about this matter.
