Ranger Times

Mrs. Denise Whitaker is the Ranger MS/HS Teacher of the Month for April. She graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station and this is her 24 year of teaching. Mrs. Whitaker currently teaches 6 grade and has taught 3 and 4 in the past. She loves the outdoors and in her spare time enjoys hiking, working with animals, boating, and just sitting and watching the sunset. Mrs. Whitaker states that she “Mostly enjoys spending time with her family and having the freedom to worship her Heavenly Father. She loves teaching in Ranger! We have an amazing staff and amazing kids!”

Kristen Stewart is the Ranger High School Senior of the Month for April. Kristen is the daughter of Jason Tiara Stewart. She has attended Ranger ISD for 2 years. Kristen is actively involved in volleyball, basketball, track, powerlifting, One Act Play, cheerleading, and filming for basketball games. She has been awarded Homecoming Queen and Most Improved Powerlifter. After high school, she plans to further her education at Ranger College.
