Veterans Day Weekend Held Nov. 13

Veterans gathered for a picture at the Vietnam Memorial Park in Ranger Saturday, Nov. 13. They served hot dogs and hamburgers with all the trimmings. They had about 90 people attend. Tony Sanchez and his band played 60’s and 70’s music.

Conrad Hilton and Museum Looking for Volunteers

The Conrad Hilton Museum is looking for volunteers to help on Saturdays from 11-1 pm. If you are service minded and want to help, please contact the Conrad Hilton Center & Museum at 254- 442-2537 or stop by in Cisco at 309 Conrad Hilton Blvd. Volunteering comes with a few perks such as a free meal from Slowpoke Farm Market, a gift from the Conrad Hilton Center and your name also goes into a drawing for a two night stay at a Hilton Hotel, not to mention a gift basket of goodies. So, you have nothing to lose, but two -hours! Help us keep our door open for visitors on Saturdays.
