The Ranger Veterans Support Group has postponed the Veterans and Comrades gathering until the following Saturday the 24th. The weather will be too cool and rainy for this weekend.
Sally Bernitta Buckaloo Saldana, 62, of Ranger, Texas, passed away April 8, 2021, at home surrounded by her children after a two year battle with cancer.
Jeremiah Jackson, 38 of Stephenville, passed away Friday April 2, 2021. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Edwards Funeral Home in Ranger. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

Jordan Mahan knew all about Ranger College before she ever stepped onto the floor of the Ron Butler Gymnasium as a member of the women’s volleyball team two years ago. She is, after all, the younger sister of RC assistant coach Ashley Mahan. What she didn’t know, however, was after she ended her career as one of the team’s all-time-leading setters was how successful she would be off the court.
