The Ranger Veterans Support Group had a very good 4th of July celebration at the Vietnam Memorial Park in Ranger.

Ranger ISD Consultation Meeting for Private Schools

Ranger ISD is holding a consultation meeting for private nonprofit schools who may have eligible students who qualify to receive Title I, Part A services. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 9:00AM at the Ranger ISD Administration Building located at 1842 East Loop 254, Ranger, TX, 76470. • 4:18 COFFEE COMPANY--4:18 Coffee Company is a coffee trailer located primarily at 200 TX-254 Loop in Ranger. The company sells a variety of products including coffee varieties, tea, hand crafted Italian cream sodas and much more. Due to its portable nature, the business is able to attend multiple events, with the Spring Valley MX being their next stop for the Fourth of July weekend. Owner, Karen Jennings, came to Ranger with her husband last October. Jennings had been wanting to start her own coffee business for seven to ten years before the opportunity finally arose. Jennings’s goal is to help provide quality products and help cultivate community. The company has received an abundance of positive feedback from its customers. Jennings hopes to continue the trailer and move to a brick building one day. 4:18 Coffee Company’s hours are 6:30am-5pm Monday, 6:30am-4pm Tuesday through Friday. ?

• MISS SUE’S CAFE--Miss Sue’s Cafe is an up and coming restaurant located at 1219 W Loop 254 in Ranger. Miss Sue’s Cafe serves home cooked meals and hosts a daily lunch special. The cafe provides a drive thru service. Owner, Sue Braddock, is a hard working individual and goes out of her way to make sure her customers are satisfied. She spends her time both cooking and waiting tables. The local restaurant stemmed from Braddock’s ambition to be an independent business owner. When asked about the establishment’s atmosphere, Braddock commented that it was “wonderful and full of laughter.” Miss Sue’s Cafe is open from 6 am to 2 pm Monday through Saturday.
