Residents and staff at Ranger Care Center enjoyed a Trip to Mexico” on Wednesday September 4th. Each month a different Country is chosen to visit and our awesome Dietary Staff prepare the food to fit the Country! Our menu included Chicken Fajitas, rice, guacamole,pico de galo, flour tortillas and no meal would be complete without delicious Tres Leches Cake! What a treat it was. Next month we will be taking a “trip” to cajun country. Pictured are Mary Lou Billingsley, Millie Sellers and Allan Tibbles.
