The Eastland High School Lady Mavericks will hit the volleyball court in earnest next week when they host the Albany Lady Lions in non-district action on Aug. 18 in the EHS gym.
The match will tip off at 6:30 p.m.
The EHS squad opened the season on Aug. 8 against Jim Ned.
