The Cisco Civic League presented Melissa Flores of Cisco with a $500 scholarship to further her education after high school. Melissa was a 2023 graduate of Cisco High School and plans on attending Cisco College and then transferring to Texas Tech. We congratulate her on her scholarship and wish her well for the future.
