The Eastland High School Lady Mavericks will continue their non-district volleyball schedule this week with a pair of key matchups, including a Sept. 1 contest at home with Clyde.
The Lady Mavs, who nailed down a victory over Llano recently in tournament play, will begin the week’s action this Tuesday (Aug. 29) with a road trip to DeLeon. The match will begin at 5 p.m. in the DeLeon High School gym. Three days later, on Friday, Sept. 1, the EHS girls will face off against Clyde in a home game. The contest with Clyde will start at 4:30 p.m.
Eastland will begin district play on Sept. 9 with a showdown against Merkel.
