In a special meeting on January 20, 2023 the Governing Body of the City of Gorman considered a contract with Eastland County Sheriff’s Department for law enforcement.
The hiring of two deputies to cover the Gorman Law Enforcement Contract and waive advertisement (for the hiring) was then presented to the Eastland County Commissioner’s Court by the County Sheriff’s Department at Monday’s meeting and approved by County Commissioners.
