We all knew the joy of those once in a lifetime hamburgers that Louise used to turn out in her Cafe on Lamar St., just west of the Courthouse.

I guess we enjoyed our last one there last week - - the day Daugh-talent and dedication of her mother Louise, who grilled those FABULOUS HAMBURGERS for years.

Daughter Diana took her turn at the grill, doing what she had learned from her mother. The BURGERS were ONE IN A MILLION - - everything was just right and there’s no telling how many Eastland Countians knew that the little place was the perfect place - - But now - the doors have closed.
