A Kobey Morris to Brayden Cook 9-yard pass completion would tie the score after a Morris PAT, at 8-8 with 8:48 left in the quarter.
After a Woodson fumble, Kobey connected with Dakota Higgins for a 43-yard pass completion and another TD. The Kobey PAT made the score 16-8 Blake Wison scored the first of his two TD evening 6 seconds into second quarter. Kobey sailed the PAT kick wide right and the Cats lead 22-8.
