A memorial service for Steven Greer Downard will be held on November 18, 2023 at 5:00 pm at the Lumberyard Event Center in Eastland.
He passed away in Kansas City, Missouri on August 12, 2023 from Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease.
Steve was born on October 18,1955 to Gale Greer Downard Cagle and Garry Downard in Ranger, Texas. He graduated from Eastland High School in 1974 and earned a degree in Business Administration from North Texas State University in 1980.
