The Eastland County Child Welfare Board (ECCWB) needs your help to meet the many needs of the Eastland County children in foster care and the Family Based Safety Services (FBBS) Program.
The Eastland County Child Welfare Board serves children that have been placed in the Foster Care Program and in the Family Based Safety Services (FBBS) Program.
These children come from homes whose families have been broken by domestic violence, parental substance abuse, physical and emotional child abuse or neglect. The biggest problem that leads to removal in Eastland County is parental drug abuse.
