One former and one current member of the Cisco College Rodeo Team received Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) “Rookie of the Year” honors at the Resistol Rookie of the Year banquet Dec. 12 at the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Will Eddleman of Santa Anna, son of Cisco’s Head Rodeo Coach Don Ed Eddleman and Rodeo Assistant Pamala Eddleman, received the PRCA Rookie of the Year Award in Steer Roping. He graduated from the Cisco College Rodeo Program in May 2021 and from Sul Ross University in May 2023.
Dylan Hancock, who will graduate from Cisco College in May 2024, received the PRCA Rookie of the Year awards for both All Around and Calf Roping. Dylan is from San Angelo.
