By Tommy Wells Glenn Thomas’ coaching career is taking him back to the college ranks.
Thomas, who rose to fame as one of the architects to Texas Tech’s “Air Raid” offense under Mike Leach, was added to Nebraska Cornhuskers’ coaching staff recently. At Nebraska, Thomas will join the staff of Matt Rhule as the cooffensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
Thomas joins the Cornhuskers after spending last season as an assistant coach with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
