The Gorman Lady Panthers and Cisco Lady Loboes continued to score points with the state’s pollsters this past week. Both teams were ranked among the best in their respective classifications, according to the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches’ Feb. 5 poll.
Gorman climbed to No. 11 in the latest Class 1A rankings. The Lady Panthers enter the final week of the regular season sporting a 28-5 record.
Cisco, which is destined for a postseason run in Class 2A, checked in at No. 14 in the Class 2A girls’ rankings.
