Larry Helton Obituary

Larry Helton age 82 passed from this life on February 10, 2024.

Larry was born in 1941, in Fort Benning Georgia to Frank Helton and Gussie Ruth Key Helton. He graduated from Boonton High School in Boonton NJ where he was on the baseball team.

After graduation Larry worked for many years as a welder and in autobody repair and restoration.  He married Norell Siebens in 1965, They moved from Montville New Jersey to Sherburne New York in 1977 with their daughter, and he eventually opened his own autobody shop. He became a firefighter for the North Norwich NY volunteer fire department.  Larry was an Esteemed Loyal Knight with Elks Lodge #1222 in Norwich NY and a member of the New York State Norton Owners Association.
