Editor, I was at the Eastland County Commissioners meeting on Dec. 27. I was shocked at what I heard and saw. In updating the personnel Manual the Auditor had made changes to. One of the changes was to remove all reference to He and She in the Manual to keep the policy GENDER NEUTRAL.
We only have two genders in this world and it is male and female. I thought in a country of 18,000 or so in Texas that this would not be a question.
All 4 commissioners and the County Judge voted for this.
