The Ranger Bulldogs suffered a tough start to their 2024 baseball season opener on February 22. Ranger gave up 15 walks, and had two wild pitches en route to dropping a 21-1 decision to Hamlin.
The Bulldogs, who are scheduled to host Santo on Tuesday, drew first blood in the contest. Ranger plated a run in the top of the first and held a 1-0 lead.
Hamlin rallied back in the bottom of the frame.
