A regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of Eastland was held on Monday, March 18th at 6:00 p.m. The Invocation led by Mayor Larry Vernon followed by pledges to the U.S. and Texas flags
led by Commissioner Richard Rossander. Public comment consisted of stating that the minutes needed amending in the 2nd paragraph to state “bal. in grant funds”. The Leslie Zander consisted of her stating that she was apprised of her new services at First Financial Bank which were that they dispensed the accounts across state public funds investment- in Interphi Investments. In the past they would need to secure collateral accounts to do the same.
