By HVO A good number of locals and neighbors recently renewed acquaintances as good neighbors are prone to do.
Ranger College is a valuable county asset and is doing an outstanding job of helping local, area and extended young students get their higher education under way at the remodeled education center, growing by ‘leaps and bounds’. Eastland and area college fans learned more about the ‘modernization’ of that historic learning center on the east side of the county at a Meet and Greet Thursday in the beautiful Connellee.
Hosted by the Eastland Chamber, the event attracted a large attendance. Personally, the Editor and son Vance enjoyed visiting again with the President with whom they had numerous lunches together since he took over the reins at RC and made trips with staff members to and from the RC branch facilities at Brownwood.
