Joseph Vargas has experience in branding and marketing. His studies in human behavior and philosophical doctrines; with more than 20 years of consulting experience and campaign management can give us insight to stop liberal negative branding.
Mr. Vargas was born in San Jose, California, he attended elementary school in the United States and Mexico. Joseph has a BBA in Management and BA in Communications from ASU.
