‘Why grow a garden?’ : Theme at Civic &Garden Club Meeting
TJ Cummings, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Agent for Eastland County, gave an informative talk at Eastland Civic and Garden Club’s April meeting. He addressed the question “Why grow a garden?”, where to put it, how to utilize the growing space, and what would be best to plant.
He also included ideas for utilizing garden space, remedies for poor soil and the maintenance thereof (fertilization, etc.).
