Open session was had of the Eastland City Commissioners with notice which was posted 72 hrs prior to the meeting which was held on June 24, 2024. Meeting was called tor order at 1:03 p.m Comm. Doyle offered the invocation and Mayor Vernon led the pledges to the U.S. and Texas flags. No public
