The Ranger College and McLennan Community College men’s basketball teams have Feb. 25 circled on their calendars. It’s the day the two Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference powerhouses will collide.
It’s also the date the NTJCAC conference championship race will be decided.
Ranger College and McLennan head into the final two weeks of the 2022-23 regular season tied atop the NTHCAC standings with identical 7-2 marks against conference opponents. Assuming both can avoid upsets in their next three outings, they will roll into their Feb. 25 showdown in The Highlands Gym in Waco in a winner-takeall showdown.
