My phrase book inspires me to be creative. What is a phrase book? It’s a notebook of lyrical expressions, unusual words, colloquialisms, striking descriptions, and snippets of emotion- filled conversations. I capture these phrases when I observe nature, chat with friends, read, and overhear strangers’ conversations in a checkout line (which is why it’s a good idea to carry a small notebook around).
