Eastland County Commissioners Court ordered the restriction of Outdoor Burning at their August 5, 2024 meeting. The Order passed by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays and became effective August 5, 2024. The Order remains in effect for 90 days in the unincorporated area of the county, unless the restrictions are terminated earlier based on a determination of the Texas Forest Service or this court.
