In a regular meeting of the Eastland Commissioners, held on Monday, August 19 at 6 p.m. Mayor Larry Vernon led the invocation followed by pledges to given by leaving Manager J.J. Oznick.
All commissioners were present as well as Secretary Roma Holley, Finance Director Leslie Zander and Fire Chief Joe Williamson, Police Chief Tim Pitts and Planning Director Tony
Stubblefield, as well as guests.
