Bans Outside Watering Between the Hours of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Eastland City Commission updated their Drought Contingency Plan at their August
meeting. Due to current drought conditions and Stage 2 Restrictions, the update PROHIBITS ANY OUTSIDE WATERING DURING THE HOURS OF 9 A.M. and 7 P.M. ALL watering must be between the hours of 7 p.m. and 9 a.m. on allotted days based on addresses and for a total of 4 hours.
