September 5, 2024 COLEMAN – The Texas Department of Transportation’s Brownwood District is pleased to announce the appointment of Randy Boles as the Coleman County Maintenance Section Supervisor.
In this position, Boles oversees TxDOT’s maintenance and emergency management activities on 335 miles of roadways in Coleman County, including important transportation corridors such as US Highways 67, 84, and 283. He also supervises a staff of 10 employees based at this TxDOT facility.
Boles is a Cisco High School Graduate and attended Cisco College. His career with TxDOT began in January 2013 as a maintenance crew member in Eastland County. Following this, Boles spent a year serving as an inspector for the Eastland Area Office. He then was promoted to assistant supervisor of the Eastland Maintenance in 2020. Boles served in this position until March of this year, when he accepted the position as the assistant maintenance supervisor in Coleman County, prior to his current appointment as the Coleman County Maintenance Section Supervisor on August 24, 2024.
