The City Commission of Eastland met in regular session on Oct. 21 with two commissioners in attendance and Mayor Larry Vernon (and City Manager Fortenberry) in attendance as well as many visitors and staff.
After call to order Mayor Vernon led invocation and Richard Rossander led pledge to Approval of the minutes of the Sept. 16 and 20 meetings followed.
