Gary Leo Bradshaw, 81, beloved husband, and father, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 in Alexandria. The cause of death was complications from Alzheimer’s Disease.
Gary was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Ranger, Texas. He graduated from Ranger High School in 1961. The valedictorian of his graduating class, he also played on the RHS golf team. He was the District and Regional individual medalist and finished third in the 1961 Texas State Championship Tournament. He attended Ranger College for one year on a full scholarship. In 1962, his golf team placed 2nd in the national Junior College tournament. He completed his formal education at the University of Texas at Austin in 1965, taking his degree in Mathematics and Actuarial Science.
