Move over Johnny Football, Julius Proffitt is the man in Cisco.
Proffitt rushed for three touchdowns and threw for two more on Friday and helped the Cisco Loboes race to a 38-19 Area playoff win over the Abernathy Antelopes in front of a large crowd at Wolf Stadium in Colorado City. Proffitt's heroics were a part of a 415yard effort by the Loboes.
With the win. Cisco pushed its record to 8-4 and, more importantly, punched its ticket to the Class 2A Division I regional semifinals.
