Junior State fishing Record
Riker Sims, 13, from Cisco has broken the Junior State Record by catching a 56 lb black drum out of and reel.
For his Black Drum, Riker also received the Water Body Record, Junior Water Body Record, A Big Fish Award and Outstanding Angler Award.
