By Vance O’Brien The Eastland City Commission met in regular session on Dec. 16th with all staff/commissioners in attendance, except Comm. Shirley Stuart, and Code Officer Stubblefield.
Among other items, the reappointment of Terry Trout to serve on the Board of Directors of the Eastland County Appraisal District for 2025-26 was first motioned by Rossander and seconded by Comm. James Doyle.
The approval of the second reading Ord. 24-910 being an Ord. of the City of Eastland Tx Canvassing the results of the Charter Amendment Election held on Nov. 5, 2024, declaring that the Amendments were Approved by the Voters are Adopted and Providing for matters incidental thereto and providing an Effective Date was approved of by James Doyle and seconded by Richard Rossander.
