It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of James E. "Jim" Cowan on December 21, 2024 at the age of 81.
Jim was born December 7, 1943 in Santa Monica, California to James and Marjorie Rosewald Cowan.
Jim met his wife, Nelda, at Upham Oil and Gas in Mineral Wells while they were both employed there. Jim and Nelda lived in Millsap and later moved to Cisco, where he retired from Upham Oil and Gas after 35 years of employment.
